Question
I recently saved an aloe plant from my roomate who was killing it.  Its leaves and parts that do not have any water in them, for the most part the leaves are fleashy and firm but near the middle and tip of the leaves there are "empty" spaces where it is no longer filed out.  The plant has produced three new shoots since i rescued it but today i noticed a spot where the same emptiness is developing on one of the shoots.  It is quite young and its leaves are not very broad. Please help me save this little plant.

Sicerely,
Kaeleigh

Answer
Kaeleigh,

Sounds like your doing a good job already. Try adding some fertilizer (Superthrive is my favorite) to your water. The spots will not go away once they form, but you might prevent any further ones from forming. Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Greg
