Question I am restoring this vehicle and the previous owner bypassed ECM Module .. Can you tell me by wire color which wires he would have changed to bypass the unit so that the car would start. The car function for 4 years and then lately it will not start as the Ignition Fuse keeps blowing, which is a separate problem ..anyway I would like to restore to its original state with a new ECM..do you know when I can get rebuilt ECM modules? and to any clues as to why the Ignition 10amp fuse keeps blowing. Thanks
Answer I can provide you with an electrical schematic showing which wires go where. As far as the short in the system you will have to either start disconnecting items that are on that fuse and or purchase a short detector from any auto parts store and locate the short.
I can also provide you with all the components that were originally on this fuse. E-mail me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com
