Question
What could cause my 91' Cadillac Deville to lose acceleration all together when making right hand turns?

Answer
If the fault happens when the gas tank is low on gas there is a rubber hose connection between the fuel pickup tube and the electric fuel pump in the fuel tank that gets old and starts to suck air. As you turn the corner, The rubber hose starts to suck air and stalls the engine.

Fill the gas tank and see if this resolves your fault.
