I HAVE A 2000 CADILLAC ELDORADO, SOMETHING IS ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN WHEN IT COMES TO WINDOW, ANTENNA AND DOOR MOTORS.  AT THE PRESENT TIME, MY ANTENNA WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN.  I DO NOT HEAR THE MOTOR RUNNING. SO, I'M THINKING I NEED A NEW ANTENNA.  PLEASE ADVISE?

Could be the relay. If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
