Question
I have a 2000 cadillac catera, and when I turn on the heat cold air blows out of driver's side and backseat vents. The vents on the passenger's side vents are the only ones that blow out hot air. The cold air also blows out of floor vents. What could be causing this? Also I wanted to know which fuse/relay I would pull to stop the flow of fuel to the engine so that the car wont start.

Answer
If your wanting to know about removing the fuel pump relay or fuse to try and delay a thief from stealing your car,Your wasting your time.

Because I or a good thief would be driving your car down the road before you finished your coffee.
