Expert: autohelp - 10/31/2008

I have a 92 eldorado it was running a little rich before it was taken apart. we have replaced the head gaskets and reassembled the motor and it will not start it is dumping a lot of gas into the cylinders and fouling the plugs. i had it started once since put back together, then the next day it would not start. i have replaced the plugs and checked the injectors but now i am out of ideas

IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light ever illuminated while driving the vehicle and or has any other lights illuminated or any messages from the message display center ?.

What work or diagnostics of ANYKIND WHAT-SO-EVER have been performed on the vehicle trying to fix this problem ?.
