Cadillac Repair/Vacuum Routing

Question

Hose 1(of 2)
I have a 1989 Brougham with the olds .307, and am experiencing some vacuum related problems. Two years ago, I had the intake manifold gasket replaced, and the garage that did the work confused the vacuum routing. I've corrected most of the problems but still have some issues.

On the passenger side of the engine, just behind the A/C compressor is a vacuum multi plug. Referring to the attached images, the bottom hose goes to another (circular) multi- plug, about half way down the valve cover. I cannot find the hose, with the bolt in it, on the vacuum routing on the fan shroud. I don't believe that it's  a Cadillac factory part, so could you tell me where it is supposed to go.

If you need a closer view of the hose, I can e-mail one to you.

Answer
Give me several pictures of the engine compartment with the air cleaner assembly ON and some with the air cleaner turned on it's dise so I can see what is hooked up on the underside of the air cleaner  Also give me a larger view of the engine.
