Question
Will a bad fuel relay sensor cause the vehicle to hesitate and not start?  When I put fuel in the carborator, the vehicle starts but immediately dies when the fuel is gone.  Where can I find the fuel relay sensor on my 1994 Deville and where would the fuel pump be located?

Answer
The electric fuel pump mis in the gas tank.

Have someone remove the gas cap and listen at the gas cap opening.

You, Turn the ignition key to the ON position, But do NOT try and start the engine. The person listening at the gas cap opening should hear the electric fuel pump BUZZ (run) for 2 seconds and then it will stop.

Does it ?.
