Cadillac Repair/87 cadillac brougham losing coolant at alarming rates

Question
my question is that simple my 1987 cadillac brougham 5.0 307c.i. loses coolant almost as soon as i put it in it disappears in a few days and it gets super hot and sounds like a diesel truck that runs bad and it itself runs bad at that point and the heater never blows hot at all anymore.
If you cannot find any external anti-freeze leaks on the ground, Are you seeing ANY amount of white smoke from the exhaust pipe. ?.
This sounds like a classic example of a blow head gasket and the head gaskets need to be pressure tested by a local car repair facility.
