Question
QUESTION: what would be the problem if the heat didn't work. It don't blow out or nothing. I changed the thermostat and put in new fluid and still get nothing. Is it a fuse or something I'm missing?

ANSWER: Can you hear the blower motor running for the air from the dash vents ?.  Can you change speeds on the blower motor ?.

Do you get air from ANY of the vents ?.

QUESTION: no i do not get air from any of the vents and you cant change the speed.

ANSWER: Can you hear the blower motor running for the air from the dash vents or can you FEEL the blower motor running with the ignition switch ON and the engine OFF ?.

Answer
You have a fault either in the blower motor, Climate control panel or the dash cluster.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
