in my 1999 Cadillac Deville..light comes on fluid low, was told water pump cover is leaking and blown head gaskets. I am planning to repair the water pump. Will fixing the water pump cause pressure on the head gasket? I am not confinced that the head gaskets are blown. I am getting different opinions on the head gasket,I am not sure if the head gaskets are blown. The car drives beautiful, no white smoke, oil looks clean.

Will fixing the water pump cause pressure on the head gasket?  YES.

If it was my vehicle, I would pull the heads, drill out the head bolt threads in the engine block and install heli-coils and install new head gaskets and new head bolts per manufacturers advise.
