Cadillac Repair/Fuel not reaching engine

Question
Due to the Expert's help I was able to rule out the fuse and the fuse terminals for the fuel pump. The Expert asked me to check for damaged wires under the car. The car was impacted yesterday at the rear right wheel, damaging the tire and the wheel and the rear fender and the door. I looked under the car, per the Expert request, looking for damaged wires. I was not able to see any wires in the impact area, but I did notice that the rear of the wheel was no longer concentric with the drum. One edge of the wheel is touching the drum and the other has a gap between the two. So the damage is greater than I even knew. But the engine is not running still and I have requested help from  to test the fuel pump. The car is a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, 5.7 L engine, my only means of transportation.
Thank you,
Sam

Answer
