Cadillac Repair/Heating A/C

Question
I have a 2001 Deville with no heat on passenger side. The blower works at all speeds and positions but the air is freezing cold.

Answer
The vehicle has to electrical ACTUATORS that control the flow of mixed air to the drivers side and the passengers side.

If you have your climate controls on HEAT and you are getting COLD air on the passengers side, You need to replace the actuator on the passengers side.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
