QUESTION: iv had this 86 devil for a fue months and never had any trouble until on day i shut it of and when i tired to start it again it would just crank and crank well i had someone look at it and it had a cracked rotter well he replaced it and then he advanced the wires on the distributor and turned it to mate in time and its not been right since iv tired to time it and i cant get it to time on the marks if you get it down to where it should be it pops and cracks but it run ok if i leave it at the top of the trimming plate where the marks are but it wont start in the mornings i have to adjust the distributor and then when it worms up i have to adjust it again whats going on can any one help me?? and theirs 2 codes that came up E12 and E52 can you tell me what they are two??

ANSWER: If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. QUESTION: theirs more codes that came up can you tell me what they are E13 E47 E52 E55 AND THEN IT SHOWS EE13 and F48 70  i have a haynes book but i don't know how to clear the codes or what they are...would those codes have something to do with me having to adjust the timming in the mourning when its cold and then again after it worms up? i can fix it if i just knowed what to fix... thanks for your time and your knowledge

Answer
Replace the oxygen sensor, Clear the codes via the climate control panel ONLY, Drive the car and see what codes return. If you do NOT know how to clear the codes, Replace the oxtgen sensor and get back to me and I will talk to you on the phone and tell you how to clear the codes.
