Cadillac Repair/loosening tension on v-belts for 84 caddy deville

Question
I have an 84 caddy deville with a 4.1 V8. The V-Belt that goes around the main crank wheel, the water pump and I believe the power steering pump or the a/c pump broke. I am trying to replace it but I can't find anyway to loosen the tension to fit the belt around the wheels.... help!!
