Cadillac Repair/no power to fuel pump?

Question
went to drive my 98 cadillac deville 4.6 and about 10 mins into driving it stalled.. so i checked for fuel pressure and nothing so i went ahead and changed the fuel pump and it started right up and the same thing happend about ten mins into it running it stalled. i checked the wires going to the fuel pump and theyre not getting power- it dont prime the system or nothing, the pump dont turn on at all?  and i have a second question, i have heat comming out of the passenger side but cold air out of the driver side  thats when i have the heat on--i turned the control on the passenger side and still the same??

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
