Question
I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville. What is happening when the inside lights pop on for no reason and remain on?

Answer
either you have a faulty wire in the drivers or passengers door key switch OR the illuminated entry timer is faulty.

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
