Question
Am I missing a hidden fuse? Are all of these items connected/related somehow? Within the same time frame, my radio, my defrost blower, and the dual dome courtesy lights above the rear view mirror all went out. Seems strange that all would occur almost simultaneously! The electric controls on the HVAC on the dash all work (except for "Auto" for the A/C), and I only get passing air through the respective dash or defrost vents when on the freeway or moving fast, so with the dashboard controls it is switching the bevels. The lights on the radio also go on at night, so it is getting some power, just nothing for the on/off. Nothing at all on the dome lamps. I did have a short in the driver's door wire harness that would pop the fuse whenever I tried controlling the front passenger window from the driver's side which was corrected. Any suggestions from dealing with previous 1990-1992 Broughams? Thank you in advance!!   Michael

Answer
Check for more components that do NOT work check parking lights, tail lights, stop lights and everything inside. Lighters, etc, etc.

Check for battery voltage on both ends of your fusible links in the engine compartment where the smaller battery cable attaches to the power block where the fusible links are at.

Do NOT use a test light. Use a volt/ohm meter.
