Code TO33 showed up when checking computer on my 1994 cadillac concours,checked seed sensor connection on right rear wheel,it was not hooked up.I connected wires back to right rear wheel speed sensor and cleared codes again stared car and test drove,checked codes again still show code TO33,is their a way to test wheel speed sensor and how? Thank for your time.

Yes, There is a way to test it.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
