Expert: autohelp - 9/18/2008

Question
On my 99 Cadillac Sedan Deville with only 84k on it, the turn signal when pulled back no longer keeps the high beams on (doesn't make the clicking sound anymore)and also, the headlights will not turn off after the delay without playing with the turning stick.

When I pull the headlight knob out all the way only the parking lights turn on, not the headlights. Why would this be happening?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
