Expert: autohelp - 1/21/2009

I have an 88 Cadillac deville and my dashboard went out, when I turn the key the no charge light still comes on and my turn signals still work on dash and when my lights are on it still illuminates buttons and display that shows what hear I'm in, but no speed, fuel, temperature, odometer or tripometer. All fuses are still good and no wires under dash are unplugged, what do I do?
