ANSWER: IP1552 Loss of KAM

PZ1558 PZM EEPROM checksum error.

IR2255 Loss of serial data.

RS0010 Left front actuator overcurrent.

RS0011  Left front actuator undercurrent.

RS0015  Right front actuator overcurrent.

RS0016  Right front actuator undercurrent.

RS0060  Left front position sensor fault.



Have you replaced any parts or performed any work on this vehicle ?.

QUESTION: Yes, I replaced two front electronic shocks with non-electronic ones. So, when So, when I complete suspension control module circuit with resistor the RS-codes must will be gone. But what should I do with another codes? I have Chilton's repair manual but there are nothing said about even what KAM or EEPROM or Caddy's serial data are! Please, give me more detail info how to test and repair those malfunctions.

KAM is Keep Alive Memory.

EEPROM is Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory.

IP1552 and PZ1558 will CLEAR from the computer once all the other codes are corrected and cleared.


Question: Are you POSITIVE that installing resistors will allow you to clear these fault codes or are you hoping that it will work ?.
