Question
i have changed the battery in the car, now the car will not turn over. the dash board lights up but the car will not start.on the right side of the dash i hear a small clicking noise.do i have a restart button?

Answer
There is NO restart button.

Do your headlights and interior lights work ?. If they do, Try arming and disarming the anti-theft syatem with your key chain remote control. If this does not work, try locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key.
