when I turn key to the on position it reads 0 on speedo and 0 on gas gauge ,then am able to make out the reading the numbers are dancing around. how I repair this problem,were can I get the part.whats involed in R&R part.thats for your help.

What you most likely will need is a replacement instrument panel.

However, Tests need to be performed on the incoming wires and outgoing wires that plug into the back of the instrument cluster.

This will require several pictures and directives on what to test using a digital volt/ohm meter which you can obtain just about anywhere for about $15.00.
