I saw a similar problem with an 89 model.  I have a 93 eldorado and was wondering how to repair the blower motor when it's stuck on.  This isn't the only peculiar issue at the moment but I'm starting here.  Thank you for any advice as to where to start.  I'm competent at replacing parts, I only have trouble finding odd placed modules etc.

Your other problems MAY be causing the blower motor to stay ON. What other problems do you have ?.

You can easily perform the simple test procedures that are required to test to see WHY the blower motor remains ON even when the ignition is turned off. Correct ?.
