Question
My 99 deville is leaking coolant from the right side by the bumper and its alot of coolant leaking out so bad were it forms a puddle i do not know if it is the radiator are not i know its not the top hose but i also have a little white smoke coming out the exhaust
What you need to do is obtain a RADIATOR PRESSURE TESTER that attaches where the radiator cap is located. You pump up the pressure to the pressure as stated on the radiator cap which will pressurize your coolant system which will enable you to physically see WHERE the leak is coming from.
