Question I had the ignition key in my 2001 Eldorado changed some time ago and it now signals the key is in the ignition when it it is out. I have moved so no longer in the area of the original mechanic. How do I fix this problem?
Answer Apparently the micro switch inside the ignition lock is still making contact. We would need to perform some simple test procedures to determine what the EXACT problem IS.
