Question
The driver side Hi beam is putting out aprox. 6 volts and won't light the head light I checked voltage on other side and was 12 to 14. I opened the fuss box and switched the micro relays for hi and lo beam and it made no difference. Any idea what is causing the voltage drop.

Answer
Check the BLACK WIRE at the headlight as this is the ground circuit as it is either LOOse and or corroded.
