Question
The driver's side of the heating system, including windshield defrost, is blowing cold air. The passenger side is o.k. Please tell me why and what can be done. Is the Chilton's book for 1998 De villes, Eldorados, and Concours appropriate?

Answer
Take that Chilton book and throw it in the trash. It is totally USELESS.

Your problem is with the drivers side ACTUATOR door controller.
