where is the starter located at on a 1995 cadillac and where is the tramission neutral safety  switch?

Answer
If you have a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE vehicle the neutral starter safety switch is located on top of the transmission at the gear shift lever just under the brake booster.

CAUTION: the new switch MUST be pre-set BEFORE you install it.

The starter is either under the big aluminum panel on top of the engine on the 4.6L engine.

On a 4.9L engine iot is just behind the grill under the exhaust manifold where the transmission bolts to the engine.
