Question
My 91 sedan deville won't start came home got out got in that was my result no security on information dash when I turn the key only panel at top
Is what you are telling me is that when you turn the ignition switch to the start position you hear absolutely NOTHING from the engine compartment.
If this IS the case, Your most likely problem is with the PASS-KEY security system.
