Cadillac Repair/91 Cadillac Brougham hesitation

Question
I have a 91 Cadillac Brougham with only 25,000 miles that hesitates when lightly accelerated and warmed up. When the engine is cold the car operates smoothly.  The car accelerates fine at 3/4 or full throttle and seems to have plenty of power. The OBD1 reader shows no codes. The previous owner had  the car tuned up with new plugs etc but still the problem persists. I have tried injector cleaner gas additives.  I have checked for vacuum leaks.
