Hi, it's a 4.9 1993 Cadillac Sedan De Ville. Radiator and Heat/AC fans suddenly started to work very slow. Does this model have those same 3 relays and 2 fuses that control the fans as 1992 did? Where should I start looking? Thank you so much for your time.

YES, It does.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
