Expert: autohelp - 12/22/2009

Hello,
was getting no climate control, no blower. was told to replace bcm. did so with a same numbered bcm and now all panels are blank on startup. i havent checked for error codes but no warning lights show. it came with a prom (or is it an eeprom) but i did not change the old one out. dont want to damage the new one. does it need reprogramming? any help would be appreciated.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
