How do you bleed the brake system on a 1989 caddy fleetwood with antilock btakes w/ 4.5 cid engine Front wheel drive, Master cyl has an ATS initials on master cylinde?pedal is hard when trying to bleed I am not getting fluid to come out of either rear bleeders, have not tried front yet.

Answer
take the cap off the master cylinder and open all the bleeder screws on the brakes and watch for clear (no bubbles) to flow from the bleeder ecrews.

BE CAREFUL so as not to let the master cylinder run out of fluid, Keep adding to it until you get clear fluid fromm all 4 bleeder screws and then tighten all the bleeder screws and fill the master cylinder.
