Question
When 1st starting my 98'seville the inside & outside temp comes on for a short time (1 min).  Then the #'s disappears & only little dashes are left. Why is that?

This IS a very simple problem to fix.  You will need several pictures and diagnostic test procedures of which i will help you with.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
