I have a 96 sts, i disconnected the battery to reset a "very low refrigerant' warning and now the car won't start. It says service fuel system on the display. The fuel pump does turn on when I turn the ignition to 'ON'. Any ideas?

You CANNOT reset any MESSAGES and or any CHECK ENGINE light fault codes by disconnecting the battery and or by pulling any fuses as you just found out.

Are you getting any ignition (spark) to any of the spark plugs as you try and start the engine ?.

When you say the engine will not start, Are you saying that you can hear the engine turning over but it will not start or are you saying that you hear NOTHING from the engine when you try and start the engine ?.
