Question
QUESTION: The drivers side power seat is not working in my 1981 Deville. I took it apart and there is no power to the blue or white wires that go to the motor. So my question is where does that power come from? I can't find a fuse to control it, is my switch bad? Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris

ANSWER: Your problem is most likely the POWER SEAT RELAY.

QUESTION: Thank you. Does that operate both seats or just one? pass. is working fine. Do you know where I could locate that on the car? Thanks for the help. Chris

Answer
I honestly do not remember where it is located. It may be mounted under the seat, Under the dash or behind the kick panel which is located down by your feet and if you move your feet towards the front of the doors your foot will hit the kick panel. It could be on either side.

Go buy a relay FIRST so you know what your looking for.
