Question
my 1995 Cadillac won't start, it acts like it is completely dead. A month ago my security system wouldn't let me start it and now it is competely dead. what can I do

Answer
The most likely suspect would beeither the:

ignition lock cylinder on steering column.
ignition key.
wiring from cylinder lock to pass-key module.
pass key module.
starter realy.

Your best option depending upon your level of mechanical ability to posess and know how to use a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM metr depends if we can fix this via telephone.
