How do i shut off the 'service soon' light on my '85 Cadillac Seville?

Answer
The service soon light iluminates when you have an electronic problem with the vehicle.

You need to see what CODES are in the computers and here is how you find out:

1. Turn the ignition key to the ON position so the dash lights illuminate, But do NOT start the engine.

2. On your climate control panel locate and simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons for 3 seconds and then release them.

3. On the climate control panel you will see numbers and letters appaering and then the display will stop at .7.0

4. As if you were video taping the display tell me EVERYTHING you see EXACTLY as it appears.

5. Turn ignition switch OFF.
