Question
Hoping you can help me. 96 Deville Concourse started occassionally running rough with acceleration issues. Code 154 showed up so replaced O2 sensor (bank2 sensor1)did not fix. Car will barely run or accelerate now. Clears up once in a great while. Still have code 154 and 1133 and 1644. The 1644 throws me I assumed TP means throttle position but heard something about traction control delivered torque output. The 1133 says HO2S insufficient switching. I need to know where to go from here and/or what to check first. Thanks in advance for your help!

Answer
154 = LEFT O2 sensor circuit. No activity. Which is the sensor just in front of the catalytic converter.

1133 = Right O2 sensor rich to lean switches. Which is Bank 1 Sensor 1. You replaced the wrong sensor.

1644 = #A ouput 4 (delivered torque) failed. Which is a failure of the EBTCM (Electronic Brake Traction Control Module) and or the PCM (Power Control Module) which is the computer.
