at times when i start the car it runs for a few seconds then stalls it will not take fuel during these episodes if i let it sit for an hour or more it starts fine this also happened 3 yrs ago and they replaced the body control module is there any other possible causes it cost me 900 bucks last time

OUCH !!!!!!!!.  You could have saved yourself $700.00 had you requested help from one of the professionals here.

What you need is pictures and simple test procedures to test WHAY is causing your problem.
