QUESTION: I have a 1990 Cadillac brougham. The instrument panel that you read the speedometer and gas went out about 6mos ago and then yesterday they came back on just as bright as ever. today they are back out. what is happening , can i fix it?/ this is digital

ANSWER: Are the display TOTALLY blank or is there any of theese symbols:

QUESTION: It is totally blank, cant see speedometer, gas or milage or the turn signals. but it did come back for a day when i took a 25mile road trip, got home shut the car off and it was still on, tried the next and nothing again.

ANSWER: Is this a DIGITAL speedometer or an ANALOG (old needle style) ?.

QUESTION: it is digital, thought it was cluster until it came back on now dont no where to look

Answer
We can't treally perform any diagnostics on the display as long as it is working.

However you can try hitting the top of the dash or moving the display around or wiggling the wire connections on the back of the display to see if you can make it go back out.
