Question
QUESTION: i have a 1994 deville 4.9 128000 miles. transmission gears change perfect and the fluid is full but when you come to a stop it SOMETIMES hesitates in first or second gear could this be a sensor problem or is the trans going bad

ANSWER: IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light on the dash ever illuminated while driving the vehicle ?.

Hesitation is more likely to be a carbon blackish residue buildup within and on the throttle plate area. You need to clean this area of any residue.

QUESTION: the engine light is not on its just that when you push the accelerator the car won't move and then jumps into gear a few seconds later SOMETIMES

Answer
This is most likely caused by a sticking electrical solenoid within the transmission. When was the last time you replaced the trans fluid and the trans filter ?.

I would remove and manually test the "A" SHIFT SOLENOID to make sure that it is applying and releasing via air pressure.
