I have a 93 cadillac eldorado the AC is not coming on at all, and the dash reads low refrigerant A/C compressor off. The A/C use to come on and blow hot air not it dont come on at all.

This tells me that you have a leak in the air conditioning system and you lost all the refrigerant (freon). You will need to add some freon and use an electronic leak detector to test all the hoses and components in order to find where the leak is at.

You can obtain a leak detector to use from any Autozone parts store and I will provide you with all the necessary procedure on how to install the freon and check for leaks.
