MY 93 SEVILLE STS WILL NOT START.THE DASH SAIS THAT ''STARTING IS DISABLED DUE TO THEFT SYSTEM'' AND THEN IT SAIS WAIT 3 MINUTES TO START IT. AT FIRST IT WOULD CRANK UP AFTER 3 MINUTES BUT NOW IT JUST KEEPS DISPLAYING THE SAIM MESSAGE

Answer
What have a problem with your PASS-KEY system whereas the micro chip on the key is not being received by the PASS-KEY MODULE so as to allow the vehicle to start.

Your fault is either the:

Ignition key.
steering wheel lock cylinder.
wiring.
starter relay.
pass-key module.
