QUESTION: (1992 Cadillac Deville) Iv cheacked all the fuses, replaced the starter, bla bla, it only starts when it wants to?? It will run for a while the do it again. It had done this for about 3 months now and i cant figgure it out?? CAN YOU HELP??(it wnt crank, just a click and nothing)

ANSWER: What is clicking ?. The starter or the starter relay behind the glove box ?.

What we need to do is access the starter and perform some simple voltage tests at the starter, But FIRST I would like you to perform a simple test at the starter relay.
