Question
i understand this is not a caddy,,but its a gm,,son had a minor fender bender a wile back,,both air bags blew,i found a set fairly cheap, how difficult are they to re-install,Brad

Answer
They are quite simple to install.

I STRONGLY recommend that you disconnect the battery cables from the vehicle and let it set overnight, install the air bags making sure that you do not build up any static electricity on your person from sliding across the seats and then hookup the battery.

Did you check the sensors to make sure that they are OK ?. If they are damaged it could cause the air bags to deploy the minute you reattach the battery cables.
