QUESTION: HOW DO I BYPASS THE "WAIT 3 MIN TO START"  IT GETTING WORSE TACKS UP TO A HOUR SOMETIMES TO START

Your problem is with the PASS-KEY system and your problem could be in either the:

ignition switch.
The ignition key.
the wires from the ignition switch to the PASS-KEY module.
The pass-key module.
The starter relay.

You will need several pictures and directions in order to test the system to see which component is at fault.
