Question
I just had the starter replaced and the car still won't start. Is there a kill switch on this car?

Answer
NO, There is no KILL SWITCH.

Your problem is with the security PASS-KEY system which if any of the below listed items has a fault, The engine will not start:

ignition key.
wiring from ignition key to pass-key module.
Pass-Key module.
Starter relay.

You need numerous pictures and simple test directives to determine which item is at fault.
